U class should be in coach. Classes of service can be very confusing to explain. If you are booked in first class your class of service could be F, A, C, Z or P, depending on the airline. If you are booked in business its usually J, D, I or sometimes Z, again depending on the airline. Anything else is going to be coach or economy class. Some airlines offer premium economy, which is in the front of the coach cabin with a bit more leg room.

U class is a sub division of ecomony that the airlines use to help them control fares and prices it makes no difference to you
