I'm not too sure about pornstars getting aids, but I don't believe aids in manmade. I'm in school for the medical field right now, and we recently had a talk about this in anatomy class. My teacher said the first case of aids can be traced back to a man in the 70's I believe and that it believed to be a genetic mutation. All it takes is one person with a disease to start an epidemic.

There are pretty strict rules as far as getting regular STD tests, at least for the bigger studios. Despite that, there are lots of pornstars who do get aids. I don't think we really know the origin of the aids virus. The "man-made" theory is a conspiracy theory that says government created it for population control. Sounds a little paranoid to me.
