In what process did Adam and Eve, the Cavemen, and dinosaurs take place?

My son asked me, "If Adam and Eve were the first humans made, then where do the caveman and dinosaurs come in?" In what order did this occur? Can anyone explain this to me?

I think the great dinosaurs (such as the t-rex) were here perhaps millions of years before man came on the scene. The Bible supplies no proof of this, but there are ways of understanding the creation narrative that permit this view. Here's one of them:

The original creation is described in Gen. 1:1. The six days described in subsequent verses may have taken place millions or even billions of years after the original creation. In other words, God made the universe billions of years ago. He put all kinds of creatures, including dinosaurs, on this planet. The earth, at that time and for millennia to follow, was "without form and void"---i.e., not fit to serve as a habitat for mankind. So, at some point, perhaps millions of years after a comet hit the earth, destroying the dinosaurs and filling the atmosphere with debris and causing unparalleled catastrophic events such as massive tsunamis and earthquakes and flooding of huge land masses, God began clearing away the debris from the atmosphere allowing sunlight to pass through---"Let there be light." He caused further atmospheric changes---"Thus God made the firmament." He caused the submerged land to rise up out of the waters, thus forming the oceans and the great land masses---"Let the waters...be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear." And on it goes. On the sixth day, He made man in His image and after His likeness and gave him dominion over all the earth and its many creatures.
Cavemen as is seen and tought by science have never existed, if you would read Genisis you can see that Adam and Eve walked and talked with God and were taught the laws of God,Now people have lived in caves-some do even to this day around this world,-but the non-verbal, brainless chest thumping cavemen never existed.

If you read in the Book of Peter, (1st and 2nd) you will see that there are 3 earth and heaven ages. The first is over and it ended at the Catabault when Satan tried rebelled against god. We are in the 2nd earth and heaven age now, The 3rd will come when Christ returns. There WERE NO Cavemen. Adam and Eve WERE NOT the 1st humans either. Man was created on the 6th day, God rested the 7th, AND THEN He created Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden and put them in IT. God did not have a tiller of the soil. It is in GENESIS so you can read it for yourself. Dinosaurs are in the Book of Job, Chapter 40. If you need anymore help please let me know. A lot of people will disagree with what I have wrote you, BUT IT IS IN THE WORD OF GOD like I stated. They will say I am wrong, and even have the Bible where they can read it, but they still want to try and dispute it and will not even pick up the Word of God and see for them self. If you think of "cavemen" as more ape and less human, it will help. I know this answer will probably stir up a bunch of people, but here goes..... When God created the world, I think it was the fourth day that he created light...anyway, until then there was no way to tell night from day... as there were no clocks, and if the Bible is correct, no people to even care if it was night or day. After he created light, who knows if the earth turned on it current 24 hour cycle??? It may have been 1000 days of light and 1000 of dark... we will never know. And the animals were all created first, of which dinosaurs, apes & species other than man ( Homo-Sapiens), roamed the earth. Then on the period of time to be known as the sixth day, he created man. We want to believe the Bible, and we have fossilized proof of cavemen and dinosaurs, so this way it can all kinda fit together.
The thing that gets scary to us adults, is... if Adam and Eve were the first man & woman, and they had two sons... with whom did the two sons reproduce? It looks like they were either incestuous, or found a cavewoman, or maybe God created them wives from their ribs, as well, but someone forgot to write that part.... Genesis 1:25 God made land animals. Day 6. (Dinosaurs are land animals - were created on day 6. Those creatures that could be considered dinosaurs that lived in the water, were created on day 5) Genesis 1:26 God made man. Day 6. Genesis 1:29-30 God tells man that he has given every herb that yields seed, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth He gave every green herb for food. Genesis 2:8 God put man in the Garden of Eden. Genesis chapter 3 gives the account of man rebelling against God and being through out of the garden. You say that there is not mention of "dinos" in the Bible. Scripture speaks of several different creatures that most Bible scholars would agree describe dinosaurs. Here is where people get confused on the issue. After dinosaurs became extinct, they were also forgotten. The remains were not discovered until the mid 1800's. The dinosaur - as in the animal- existed. Dinosaur - as in the word "dinosaur" did not exist until the mid 1800's. When the remains of the animal were discovered, they were given the name dinosaur. Scripture gives many references to people dwelling in caves. Gen 19:30; Judges 6:2; 1 Sam 13:6; 1 Sam 24:3 and many others. As for what you are calling "cavemen"; Scripture tells us that man lived a lot longer lifespan before the global flood than afterward. Many records show us that they lived to be hundreds of years old. Now, if someone were to find the remains of a man who had lived to be 600 or 800 years old, they are going to appear to be very different from the remains of a man who had live to be 60 or 80. You are a descendant of Adam and Eve. You are also a descendant of Noah. The question that you need to be concerned with now, is where you are going from here. As a descendant of Adam, you inherited a sinful nature. By default, you are outside of the Kingdom of God. God made a way back into His Kingdom. Jesus said "You must be born again." When Adam sinned, he died spiritually. When you repent of your sin and place your faith in Christ, then you become born again spiritually. You become an adopted child of God.

Adam, Eve, and all mankind is of this earth age. Born innocents through the womb.

As to mankind living in caves, yes a natural shelter. But Neanderthals is fallacy taught.

In the first earth age man did not dwell in flesh bodies.
Sometime during this period Satan rebelled and one third of God's children followed Satan.
God loved his children.
Instead God destroyed the first earth age.
Now in this earth age, all are born innocents through the womb without any knowledge of the rebellion.
