Drink anything with a lot of caffeine in it. Caffeine is a diuretic--meaning if you drink one cup you'll urinate out a cup and a half.

you could use water retention tablets, but i wouldnt recommend them for long term use. by the sound of it, you arent drinking enough. the body has memory and it remembers how much you eat and drink. if you dont drink that much and you are loosing the water through exercise, the next time you drink your body will retain as much water as possible as it doesnt know when it going to get fluid again. its the same as people who crash diet. they dont eat, loose weight, but as soon as they have a large meal, they gain because the body is stocking up for not being fed for a while. try drinking more water about an hour before you exercise and within an hour after exercising and make sure you drink plenty during the day. for the first few days you may pee like crazy but this will settle down. aim for 8 glasses a day. good luck!

Go p? Sweetie? If you actually are able to notice a visible change in your body when you drink water, you may have a serious health issue like kidney or even heart problems. You need to go to the doctor and tell the doc exactly what you asked us here. Seriously, if you can see a visible difference in your body after intake of fluids, you could be in serious trouble. If your feet swell or if, when you push on your skin, it dents in and the dent is visible for 15 or more seconds, you have a problem. If you cannot make a dent at all, you could have a serious problem. If you crave water all the time, you could be diabetic and that is serious. You really need to see a doctor. It could be a whole range of things from diabetes to kidney failure. Pleeeeeze see the doctor, okay? Big hugs and good luck. :(

Watch your weight. May be it's not just water.
Ask a doctor. I heard that it's normal to sweat a lot during exercise, but remember, sweat is not just water, you are burning fat too. Eat healthy food, and exercise regularly, and you will lose weight.

Sounds like maybe your kidneys aren't functioning as well as they should. You may be deficient in certain "salts" like potassium. I consult your doc or talk to a fitness trainer and see if they have seen the same thing in other people.
