presuming your wall is already 6 ft, add an addition to the top of your wall - inward pointing iron brackets spaced about every 6 ft apart, and run wire strands through them about 4 inches apart - the dog will not be able to hold onto the top of the wall to kick himself over, as the strands will get in his way. alternatively you can buy electric pet fencing to run along the top of your wall that will shock you dog without hurting him, and deter him from doing this. keeping a dog on a chain is NOT a solution.

Add on to the height of the fence, and make sure there is NOTHING against the fence that he can climb onto to help him jump over along the whole length of the fence.

he's bored. You need to go outside nad play with him. Take him for a long walk and wear him out. When you get home he will be to tired to jump the fence.

Put a collar and chain on him. Make sure it is short enough so if he makes it over he won't hang himself. If he is not neutered get it done and that will help a lot.
