move away from the computer screen, get off of your duff, and go outside and run, or walk. But go do something.

well if you join the Marines, its not really a choice, you will be active.
We run 8 miles on tues and thursday, do 50 or so pullups a few days and play football for 1 1/2 on friday.

go for a mile n a half run everyday. I started 4 days ago and have lost nearly half a stone. ( i have to so my BMI is low enough for the army but i also have to get fitter for service )

It should take 10 minutes of so so its hardly time consuming. when you can run that comfortably increase the distance to 2miles, 3miles and so on

Take exercise classes, do a walking regime, bicycling,
hiking, and many other things to keep you active.

If you are asking about the military, go see your local recruiter. If you are not able to join the military, you can show your support by understanding that the military doesn't have a choice to be in Iraq or not, we're told to go and we go. Good luck
