best thing that comes into my mind is for you to think of what made the two of you get your act together before you were husband and wife, while you were still dating. once you realize what were the reasons the two of you were so good together, you can look up for solutions to bring those things into your life again. if that doesn't work, I don't know what else could.

The only thing that can improve a relationship quicker is understanding. If you want to save your marriage or friendship don't blame too much, appreciate whatever your partner is doing because human feel better when they're accepted and included for whom they are.Less selfish, always try to bring back memories of the good times, time you first met.
Refresh your memories to adhere to positive things and trust me whoever is closer to you will be affected by your positivity. Finally behaviour breeds behaviour
