Personally, I wouldn't care what my girlfriend got me, as I'd be happy knowing that she had remembered my birthday.
And make the belt from some well-known company.

Are you wearing your pants low, like some guys are doing today? If so, she doesn't like that style, which is why she gave you a belt. Otherwise, it's not a very good gift to give a guy.
