Of course your tummy will bulge. Did you catch that one special on court tv about that college student who during a hazing was forced to drink water, drink and drink and drink water? He passed out because his kidneys quit working because the human body cannot handle that much water and he died. Don't drink too much water. It interrupts your daily routines and activities by having to go potty all the time. You should drink at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day to stay healthy and hydrated. If you're trying to fill up without eating, like a diet, fill up on watermelon. It has no nutritional value except for the hydration it gives you but it also fills you up. You should come up with a watermelon diet if that is what you are trying to do. Now, if you are really active in sports and what have you, drink until you feel okay because you obviously need it. :) Great question.

Yes. Drinking too much water will make your tummy bulge for a short while, until your body processes the water out. Drinking water flushes out the toxins in your system and repleneshes your muscle fuel. Drinking TOO much water without eating anything is VERY bad for you, I've known people to be put into life threateneing situations cause of overhydration, has the same symptoms as dehydration.

water will flush your system of toxins and help raise metabolism and break down fat, approx half a gal of water is needed per day, much more than that can flush your electrolites, you may get a "full" feeling temporarily, but you shouldn't bulge

Yeah, I did it last night. It should go away after you go to the bathroom, though, unless you've had too much sodium that day, in which case, you will swell.
