blonde or black?

ok my mom got me theese 2 hair dyes 4 x-mas and she said she dindt no waht color i wanted she she said she would take back 1-the one i didnt like.shold i dye my hair blonde,or black?

That depends; do you wear a lot of dark colors? If so, you might end up appearing goth with ink-black hair.
What shade of blonde is it, and how dark is your hair? If your hair is dark, then dying it blonde may be difficult - the color may turn out unnatural, or if you're really unlucky, orange. Also, a really light, platinum-blonde tends to look fake.
If you have light skin, then black hair may exaggerate that in a bad way - if you have a dark skin tone, blonde hair usually looks fake and unflattering.

Personally, I'd save them both if they aren't expensive, and use the dye as highlights, instead of dying your entire head - maybe have blonde streaks one month, and a strip of black the next?

Well, there are alot of things to consider before answering that question. What is your natural hair tone/level now? And what is your skin complexion? What is the color of your eyes? And what hair style are you sporting?

I am a hairstylist. All these factors come into play when deciding on a hair color.

Black, especially if your living in the northern hemisphere and its winter as darker colours generally tend to look better in the colder months. If its summer where you are maybe blonde but it all comes down to skin tone and eye colour.
