It isn't actually carrots. Its what your stomach lining looks like after acid erosion. When you eat something you shouldn't have, before your body rejects it, your body tries to dissolve it with lots of yummy acid. This acid then dissolves parts of your stomach which dont normally recieve contact with acid as it travels up your throat and into the toilet. So basically its bits of stomach lining.

Because it has been decided by the International Standard Organisation that every vomit has to have carrots in it.
But seriously... that is all just stereotypical, common myth. But sometimes what looks like "carrots" could be other food or even traces of blood (in serious cases)

because carrots grow in your stomach. you have a little garden patch down there, i always vomit whole watermelons, it's from the seeds i used to swallow as a kid from eating watermelon and too lazy to pick the seeds out. i wished i would have know that because it hurts when i upchuck those big ones

are you sure its not bits of tapeworm or parasites???
i 'd take OLive Leaf extract and not eat meat
or eat less
are your carrots treated with some horrible pesticide that makes you vomit?
