it can be a tie between Aquarius and Pisces. Aquarius is Uranus and Pisces is Neptune. the two symptoms are properly-known for their eccentric and unusual approaches. Aquarius is eccentric/strange in a mounted yet air sign mode, and Pisces in a mutable yet water sign mode. I agree approximately Einstein for Pisces, and then there is Ayn Rand for a stable occasion of Aquarius.

whether calling somethings eccentric or just weird often has to do with a persons accomplishments or rank or power ,or money,,,,,, its much more in how society views the person , rather then in the actual act or habit,,,,,,,, i personally think of myself as both,,,, i am sure others consider my unusual habits and personality just weird,,,,

I think we are all eccentric in our own ways. This is all a matter of perception...even sometimes our perceptions of ourselves are skewed.
