I use leg weights (that adjust to different weight increments to give me more or less intensity to help me train myself) that I bought from a fitness store during my training to give me added resistance, so that once I remove them, my kicks can both be a little stronger and faster.
the key is trying to maintain the integrity of your technique with the weights strapped to your legs.
plus I workout at a Gym 3-5 days a week every other day using 2 days to focus on training my legs.

Run every day, rock climb of you can, lots of horse stance practice plus frog hopping over pillows. Then regular bag kicking practice. Stick to the basics first (front kick, roundhouse, side kicks) then move onto the flashy stuff later on. Be patient grasshopper.

Legs weights are the best, put them on when your practicing your kicks and when you take them off and kick you really notice the difference

run as fast as you can. build up your endurance. do explosive weight training for your legs. however, nothing is one dimensional, people with good kick always have neglected the rest of their body, so when you're all done, someone will get in close on you, and beat you.

stretch your legs,then practice your kicks,remember no pain no gain. if your younger like 12 or so you need to get a stretching machine to do the splits

use sand weight and strap them to your legs and go for a swim they work miracles plus makes you faster and builds up your endurance

move slow to start with, its tequnique. once you get the moves slow you can then move faster. just like in a job you are slow to start with then you get faster because you know how to do it.gl hf

you can only get them faster as you pratise. spar as much as you can and get them stronger with excercise and also strech alot, if you can every day

savate has exorcises for this, you can do them with leg weights but you will see results without them
