The commonest cause of sneezing is Calici virus infection. Calici can be mild or deadly. More often even if the cat gets well from the infection and already eating well, sneezing remains for life. Another cause can be allergy but this is less common. You don't need to worry if the cat is eating well and not having eye and nasal discharge as these symptoms could mean more serious problem.

if she is doing it alot u should get her checked by a vet, it could b a number of things, like cat flu, which can be deadly, something stuck up her nose which can also cause problems. get her seen to put your mind at ease and make sure she is ok.
