My dog applied for an American Express but they turned her down saying they could find no credit history one her. So they sold her name to CapitalOne who have been hounding her for a year now. Their offers get better and better all the time. I fill in the form and use a paw print stamp for her signature. I use her real age (12 years) and they are still interested. They have phoned twice and both times she was out for a walk but they didn't call back. They must have sold her name to "Heart and Stroke Foundation" because they called last month looking for donations from her.

Nice! Congrats! Im assuming it's your first, since the apr is so high. Apr is your annual percentage rate. Its your interest rate, so if you carry a balance on your card (use it and don't pay off the full amount on the due date) you will be charged that interest rate, which would be 22.9% of the balance ÷ by 12. The 0% is your promotional rate, which you get for being a new customer. So if you're planning on making a large purchase and you don't want to pay it off right away, you have until august to pay it off without paying any interest. Which is awesome. Just make sure you're making minimum payments or that 22.9 apr will kick in early. It says "variable" because it can change. Either up, if you mess up, or down, if you are really good and they decide to lower it.

If you have gotten a social security number for your cat, then your cat COULD be approved for a credit card.

Without a valid social security number the chances of being approved is next to nothing.

Now receiving offers, your cat may get many.

Use the card that has the mouse on the advert, esure. Send them a threatening message written in bird blood and warn them that they too, are on the road to destruction unless they sign the cat up. If they refuse, a dead mouse worker sent to them via fed ex in pieces will be a wake up call. If that fails threaten to storm troop the place with the cat in your fanny pack ready to leap to action and kill indiscrimintely. Once you recieve the card, smear in jam and stick to cat's forehead. Voila! Your cat now a credit rating, welcome to the world of business!
