A PPO. You can choose "ANY" doctor you want. In an HMO, you have to choose a doctor within the HMO network.

I prefer a PPO, because you get doctors that aren't employed by the HMO. I dated an HMO doctor, and he saw 32 patients a day, one every 15 minutes. PPO doctors, in my experience, will take more time with you if you need it: they're not more loyal to a company.

ppo of course because the freedom you have with the plan. there more expensive but alot better. I work for a hospital and hands down ppos are better, if you can afford one. You get to choose any doctor you want as long as there on the provider directory.

Neither--Blue Cross Blue Shield is the best--but it is also the most expensive.
