Health Canada Warns Against Drinking Hydrogen Peroxide for Medicinal Use
OTTAWA - Health Canada is warning consumers and patients not to drink products containing hydrogen peroxide for medicinal purposes because they can cause serious harm or death when ingested. Anyone who is currently using hydrogen peroxide in this manner should stop immediately and consult a health care provider.
Ingestion of hydrogen peroxide can cause serious harm or death, as well as irritation or ulcers in the stomach and intestines. Health Canada has not authorized any hydrogen peroxide product advertised to treat AIDS, cancer, emphysema or any other serious and life-threatening diseases. There are, however, several high strength hydrogen peroxide products authorized for sale in Canada as disinfectants and as dental bleaching applications, which are health products for professional use only.
It sounds like you'll be okay, just don't make a habit of it.

Hydrogen peroxide in its pure form is a deadly poison. However, common household peroxide is usually only about 3%. It is sometimes actually used, diluted in water, as a mouth rinse, to kill canker sore germs; or as a gargle for sore throats. If you accidentally swallow a very small quantity, you probably won't even notice it.

You'll be just fine, but as said previously, just try not to make a habit of it. Also, you may get bloated, have gas pains, and possibly get mild to moderate diharrea. If not, consider yourself lucky to dodge the unpleasant effects it typically can have.
If you are still concerned, you can call a poison control center, as they will talk to you for free, and that may put your nerves to rest a bit more than random people answering over yahoo.
Best of luck!

How much is a bit?
Without knowing that, I would advise you to drink a few glasses of water, or (even better- much much better) MILK. Milk can neutralize poisons in your system to a small degree.

How do you 'accidental' gulp poison? Just out of curiosity, was it intentional or accidental?
