I saw a documentary at Discovery that two guys,the Mith Busters put a slice of meat in a glass filed with Coca Cola(coke).After two days they went to check what happened and the meat was gone.I tried that experiment myself and it is true.I even put a slice of meat that had bone on it.The bone was still there but it was starting to brake in little parts.What is in coke that makes it erode meat?Is it organic or chimical?

Coke is acidic, and can eat through stuff.That's why there's this saying that coke can corode your teeth if you drink too much of it.
When I was younger, whenever I dropped a tooth, I left it in a small bottle of coke, and waited for it to erode.

Coke has an awful lot of phousphic (sp) acid next time you are are in a supermarket that sells both coke and CLR (the heavier) put them next to each other and read the list of ingredients.
PS I know better but still drink coke
PPS Lemon juice ie real lemon can be used to degrease an engine
