(guys)there's this guy in my class,we were classmates before when we were both in 2nd year highschool,I used to like him when we had our class outing before summer started,and now that we are both in 4th year,I started to like him again..we began to txt each other coz of an online game...then he told me that he used to like me at the same time I used to like him...thats why he texted with me a lot back then...then he told that he wants to kiss me..what does this mean?

That usually means he really likes you. Make him wait (suffer for a couple of days while you "think about that one..." If you really like him too, then ask him if he still feels the same way he did the other day. Then ask him what he's waiting for?
If he doesn't try anything "dirty," it's genuine affection and not just lust or infatuation.
