Some guy got tortured to death 2000 years ago and if we believe in him, and pray to him, and eat his flesh and drink his blood every Sunday we can have everlasting happiness after we die?
Sounds perfectly rational to me...

Well religion is man made, so what you are saying is we make fun of ourselves, true think of it there are lots of so called non believers spend hours on here a religious web page telling everybody that God does not exist, yes that's real stupid spending all that time talking about somebody who don't exist.
God is all around us, he always has been, and that's why so many people want to know more about him, but won't admit to him, Faith in God not books.

People dont necessarily need religion.We need Jesus Christ. Though ...Religion gives people a hope of of there being a reason for life and existance.it also gives them hope of life after death for themselves and their luvedones.it instills values,morals,a sense of right from wrong and helps people have unselfish luv.
Religion can produce a source of discipline as people need sumtin to follow.it helps to remind people that they are NOt alone in 'the stuggle of life.It gives a feelin of belongin.supports relationship,fellowship and luv 4 followers and the supreme bein.It is valuable..THOUGH man uses it to exscuse rash,unlovin behavior and to gain power and control.
that's why it is slandered...as its not religion needed ;but the The Son of The Living God Jesus Christ.Who died for all our sins.

It's more so called religious people than religion that's worth making fun of. Unfortunately I feel the whole thing is much more pathetic than fun.

People who make fun of religion have no sense of humour. People find killing people funny, does that mean its right?

Religion's annoy me personally. They try to push it onto others WAY to hard and aggressive. And personally it makes me back off even more. Crazy people!
Plus I believe that people only believe in "god" because they need something to believe in, they need a purpose for life,they're weak mentally. Cause if you took their god away from them,... what would they do ? most likely kill themselves.... Religions are CULTS....
I am with science... and buddahism. Believe in inner core peace, be a good person and live happy.... with teh evolution theory that we evolved.

I make fun of no one. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Whether or not others agree with me is of no relevance as they are entitled to their own opinion.
