BOTH

Both, and add Iran, Syria and Lebanon.

The US can handle all five of them simultaneously. We've not yet activated our draft, we've not yet mechanized our economy as we did in WW II, and we have only 1 of our 10 aircraft carrier fleets in the Gulf at the moment. (I believe 1 additional group was just called in, and at the height of the war on terror, we had as many as 4 groups in the region.)
