For making a suppository, after you have your drugs dissolved
then we would use cocoa butter for the main base. You will need a mold to pour the mixture in and then refrigerate. Good Luck have never had to make a capsule only fill them.

medicinal capsule, mix drug and diluent (needed to have good flow properties) so that the right weight and amount of drug is dispensed into each capsule. the powder is then poured into the base of the capsule, tamped so that the right amount is filled into the capsule and then the lid is put on
