Try the Rotation DIet.....
It'll boost your metabolism and you can chose a "safe fruit" that you can eat anytime you want...all day long....and still be able to east regular meals and still lose weight. It's low carb.... low calorie....
I've used this method before and it works. I lost over 50 lbs. in a short amount of time and felt pretty good about it. There is also a maintenance plan to follow up with.
My DD loved it when I was on this diet. She has always said that we never ate so good, except when I was on this diet! Good eats.....

Fruit only stays in your system for an hour, max, before being excreted, so you'd be hungry all day and long into the night. Apart from that, it's not healthy to eat from only one food group, it can't provide you with nearly all the nutrients your body and brain need to function properly (a real problem if you're running around after a 2 year old!).
Talk to a dietician or doctor, who will help you devise an eating and exercise plan that is safe, healthy, effective, do-able and balanced.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Good for you! I also have a 2 year old and am still trying to get back to my size 8! urgh...its so hard! I lost 25 lbs last year and found the fastest way for me to lose was to run. It really didnt even take much to start seeing results. As much as i hate to run, i kept it up because it worked! I wouldnt recommend a straight fruit diet, especially if you start running! You are going to need some energy! just try adding more fruits AND veggies to your diet and i bet youll see results again. Its normal to plateau during weight loss tho. Just try changing up your workout routine and your diet and you should start to see results again...Good luck!!

Try the fruit diet thing for 3 days maximum. I did it just to detoxify and clean my system. Don't take it to far in terms of time duration because its definately not that good for your system and your teeth in general. The whole concept of fruitarianism is just doing it for a couple of days. Just excercise and make healthy food choices you'll be just fine.
