Toilets without windows are my biggest nightmare! Its so embarasing to go out from them and then the other person gets in! How to avoid that?? deodorazers seems not to help because there is not ventilation!! and what about going to other people toilet?? are you supposed to carry your BIG deodorizer with you??
What about the noise?? the farts?? how to avoid people listen to those???? Its imposible to carry a big radio everywhere to use everywhere toilets!!
And people who dont put a dustbin in the toilet! when you are with the period where to put the sanitary towels?????
oh and one more thing all the toilets I know are close to THE KITCHEN!!

Everybody poops. Why are you ashamed of it? It's perfectly natural. If you don't want to stink up the place, then light a match to be courteous to others. But, please don't think you need to hide from people in the bathroom. It's just silly.

few answers:
1. do that thing before you leave your house or in the evenings so you don't have to use other people's toilets.
2. in case you really have to do it outside your home, at least the smell won't be so bad.
3. keep the tap running to cover the noise.
4. if you have to fart, don't sit too close to the bowl so that the sound won't be amplified. there should be enough space between your *** and the bowl to let air pass through.

We all do it, show me someone that does not crap and i will show you someone that does not smell.
When you are done just say "sorry" when you come out, no one is perfect and certainly no one farts roses.
As for the other thing, carry a couple of plastic bags with you, again it is a natural function so stop worrying.

Install a fan in the restroom. If you choose one that's a little noisy, that will take care of sounds and smells.
