xanax is the most widely abused drug all over the world, if u dont have mental health problems such as anxiety or depression, all xanax will do is put u to sleep. However, because of its sedative effects can be potentially addicting, once u are hooked on to xanax, there is no going back. I have known people who have been addicted to this drug for over a decade. Stopping it is next to impossible after people get hooked. Even decreasing the dose can send people to horrible withdrawal symptoms. Even though the drug is likely to put u to sleep, yet the most common side effect is insomnia. Xanax is indicated for short term management of anxiety such as panic attacks and should not be used for recreational purposed.

I use it. I have constant anxiety and get panicy at times. I take it one time a day (at night before bed) and refuse to take it more unless I just can't take the anxiety (I try to "deal" with the anxiety all day). I don't even take it a prescribed. The prescription says 2 times a day-I take it once unless it is a really bad day and I take it twice that day. I have been taking it for about 13 months at .25 mg each pill.

It just takes the edge off. Nothing more. I do get less sleep than I did before, but it is worth it for less anxiety.

I had the biggest panic attack in my life 2 days after my 30th birthday that I think changed my brain chemistry and have had constant anxiety and sometimes-big panic attacks (but not like the first). I am too scared to stop taking the xanax. My head feels like it is in a vice all day like someone squeezes it tight. I hope I am not having any complications....

I tried Xanax and found that it immediately gave me a sense of well being, but when the effect wore off in 3 hours, I suffered the shakes and more nervous issues than before. It really did not work well for me. I was trying it out for a plane ride, instead I took ativan which got me through the plane trip, but really made me out of it.

first of all, i'm so sorry to hearken to approximately your cf. i comprehend that would desire to be complicated given the indicators of the affliction and understanding the long term result. I distinctly propose going to a doctor approximately this. i've got in no way heard of somebody taking 30 mgs of xanax. That concerns me to be truthful on account that sounds like it would desire to be a ability overdose. besides, you will possibly desire to not be allowed to get carry of that lots of the drug because of the fact it incredibly is a controlled substance because of the fact it incredibly is a benzodiazepene. meaning you will possibly be able to desire to get a prescription of x volume month to month, yet that would not rule out you acquiring alprazolam from different materials. Get help from a doctor for the reason which you will might desire to slowly shrink the dose with the aid of the years to help get off of them. combating your standard dosage without warning might reason some incredibly undesirable factor outcomes. additionally, don't be afraid to ask the surgeon for an selection to tutor you ways to sleep. Zolpidem as an occasion? even ask approximately melatonin.

Xanax is not a drug for taking to have fun. It is used to help with depression, anxiety and panic attacks. It is not a drug to play with, it just helps to calm you down. That is it. so please don't think it is something you take to have fun, cause it is not, it is a serious medication, used for serious disorders, and can have serious side effects.
