It could be you suffer from mild allergy, my father and sister are the same, especially at the start of spring and autumn they sneeze a lot but they do not take any medicines just wait until symptoms go away (1-2 weeks). However ask your GP to refer you for a blood test to confirm you suffer from allergy and then try to find the allergen that causes your sneeze. If you are brave enough, sniff a red onion cut in half, it works wonders. Good Luck!

The only way you will know for sure what you are allergic to is if you get allergy testing done. See a board certified allergist. If it is to those foods you mentioned, you'll have to avoid them or have symptoms. It could be that you are allergic to something else, maybe in your surroundings, like pollen, mold, or dust. Google "environmental allergen control" for some good suggestions.

Well maybe it you sometime we think we are allergic to something but not.
You should get a second opinion not only that doctor
