We've been together three weeks and he still hasn't kissed me. We've only held hands. How do I make him kiss me without being violent?

Just kiss him. Doing so wouldn't be violent, and if he doesn't like it call him a *** in front of his friends.

Is he trying to test your patience or is he trying to find out the type of girl you are. I can understand that kissing may not be a big issue but it depends how your bf takes it. Might take it offensive. What is the hurry dear why don't you let him do it and then respond affectionately. Try being closer while holding his hands or press his hand a little harder. You can also rub your shoulders against his and whenever talk look straight into his eyes and be a little closer.
Sure it will work.

You can't make anyone do anything,,,but be thankful this person is not jumping all over you---some people are way too physical--way too intimidating and pushy
It will happen when the time is right. 3 whole weeks---what's the rush?? The lessons in life and the questions you have are the same with young people since the beginning of time---it will happen---without any violence.

Dont make him or force him cause you will both regret it just let it happen when it happens remember hes a person too with feelings and fears maybe hes scarred stiff and just wants to wait til the times right, so why do you create an atomsphere and give him lots of smiles and eye contact and be close to help and he will naturally jsust do it and it will be great!! dont stress!!

I had 2 wait 5months for my boyfriend to kiss me he is 2 shy, and ui didnt want 2 make the 1st move! the worth was wait it, if nuthing works get really drunk and wear loads of lip gloss :)

I think you should be a patient maybe your boyfriend isn't ready for a kiss yet or you should let him know in a calm manner that you would like to kiss him .

lol Ahem, here's what to do:
*Look into his eyes* (try to get that sexy, intimate look in your eyes.) slowly and softly kiss his lips. And then he should advance, embrace you, and pretty soon it's mouth open and tongues everywhere! lol. If he dosen't react, either kiss him normally, or jsut forget about it. OR, simply give him a peck on the cheek. And see what happens...
