Sure you'd lose weight.but also muscle size etc. Not very healthy way to lose weight. Your body needs protein and carbs as well as fats.. Wanna lose weight? Eat smaller portions several times a day. The secret, if there is a secret to losing weight is eating smaller portions and getting in more physical activity, ie. biking, walking, jogging, running etc.. Soccer, basketball, track & Field exercises..

You know those pictures of the starving kids in Africa, where their stomachs stick out? That's what malnutrition looks like, and that's what will happen to you if you don't eat some protein. Also, lack of protein makes it hard to think, which will really hurt you. And, you can't keep up with this diet. And by losing weight fast, you lose muscle, which will make you look worse. And your body will go into starvation mode, which means that it will be harder to lose weight next time.

Go to www.weightwatchers.com and get on a sensible diet. You didn't put the weight on in a week, can't expect to take it off that fast either.

U will but can u sustain this diet. Secondly u will suffer malnutrition.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

HOW MUCH WEIGHT DO YOU WANT TO LOSE?I don't think that would help losing weght fast or slow it would make you unhealthy.

add some more fruits and exercise using weight , but please drink lots of water ad you will be fine. you will lose weight fast and then after about ten days to two weeks you should add some carbs and lots of proteins.such a s white meats

maybe add celery, greens and beets to the carrots

no because you need green plant food like popeye eats. also pepers help. also you need 2 or 3L of water.and meat like fish.and stay away from white foods like rice. i lost 35 pounds eatting fish and pepers and for beakfast eat oatmeal bars.
