Excellent synopsis, but Christianity is a religion of faith, not logic. They only believe what they learn in church... History is to be avoided like the plague! Too many nasty atrocities back there in the distant past.
We're often reminded that the U.S. is a Christian nation. I agree. The U.S. is Christian in exactly the same way Germany was Christian in the 1930s and 1940s and Spain was Christian in the 15th and 16th centuries!

No need to preach to us. Christians have the highest literacy rate in the world.
Yeah, there are many exceptions but historically Muslims have been oppressive to females and non-Muslims. A Muslim is treated far better in America then an American in a Muslim nation.
If you spent more time actually promoting peace instead of promoting the divisions of us "bible-thumpers" maybe you wouldn't be so bitter.
Did you know life is good here in America? We don't have to pick sand out of our eye or strap bombs on our children to get attention.
Yeah, we go to war when necessary, but largely we live like kings because Christian culture fruits this. I'll be your devil's advocate any day...

The reason muslims and jews in the holy land aren't getting along is because of the way that the United Nations seperated the Jewish and Palistinian lands after WWII, and the subsequent invasions of trans-jordan and egypt into that land after israel declared it's independence.
Quite frankly, the reason there is still fighting is because of that. It's very ironic that palistinians blame the jews for taking their lands, when it was egypt and trans-jordan that attacked and took the palistinan lands after WWII.

i don't believe of the Arab Christians or Christian Arabs ever had sufficient clout to persecute each person, yet i imagine maximum in Israel evaluate them selves Arabs and or Palestinians earlier Christian in the journey that they are requested.

I don't want to fight but in my bible it says that we will always be in turmoil with one another here. I can't change anyone except to be willing to let the Lord change me. I can tell you that I have no hate for you and wish you peace and have been praying for the reconciliation of all God's creation to Him and thus each other. Peace and love to you and your loved ones.

God has revealed us to that there will not be peace between the Jews and Muslims, and who am I are argue with Him? All I do is pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

It's sad that so many people of so many faiths truly know so little of the origins and history of their own beliefs...much less that of others.
I think it's the pit fall of what these "believers" refer to as blind faith - it's not faith in this case, it's ignorance. Faith will sustain you, not limit you.

"Bible-thumpers" do not "wish for a war" to fulfil prophecy; prohecy is being fulfilled every day EXACTLY as foretold in the Word.
