Look, the best solicitor in the world cannot do the impossible.
Nevetheless, it may be possible for you to come here, but it has to be under one of the normal categories, eg marriage, investor, highly skilled migrant, etc.
I assume from your question that you have plenty of money to spend on solicitors, so the scheme that allows people to come who are investing large amounts may suit.
But note that these are visa schemes, they do not automaticly lead to citizenship, which could only be obtained after a number of years, if at all.
Notes from Immigration Rules
http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/documents/idischapter6/section3.pdf?view=Binary
Caseworkers must be satisfied that the applicant:
• arrived with a valid United Kingdom entry clearance as an investor; and
• has made the United Kingdom his main home; and
• has either
(a) money in the United Kingdom amounting to no less than £1 million; or
(b) a personal net worth of at least £2 million (personal assets which, taking into account any personal liabilities, have a value exceeding £2 million); and
• has no less than £1 million under his control in the United Kingdom, which may include money loaned to him by a financial institution regulated by the Financial Services Authority; and
• has invested £750,000 of his £1 million capital as required by the Immigration Rules; and
• has maintained and accommodated himself and any dependants without recourse to public funds or working a an employee.
Can't recommend any solicitor. If you need one who is going to try something unusual, you need one with ready access to a barrister.

OK you've served your time and as such you are entitled to be treated the same as anyone else, what was your crime and was that the only crime you've committed because if your a repeat offender there's a good chance you commit another crime here. We cannot get immigration into the state's if we are convicted of a crime here, so why should we have you here ? I'm sure if you get in touch with the Europeon court of human rights, they will say you can stay here, but then they are @rseholes and impose their rules on us, and our P.C @rseholes back them up regardless of what the majority of people in this country want. I think you should go back to the states and contemplate your crime and give us all a break or get to the back of the line and wait your turn as there are plenty of other criminals/terrorist trying to get in here before you

You are joking of course.Whichever lawyer you choose will not get you the right to stay in the UK.It appears you did not declare the facts when applying for a Tourist Visa. You are not wanted here......
