Whether prescription, OTC, or Chinese, I want to know what raises acetylcholine the very most in the body. Thank you!

There are drugs that prevent cholinesterase enzymes from working. These enzymes generally break down AcetylCholine.

The drugs I am thinking of are parathion, dyflos, and ecothiopate. These are the longest lasting anticholinesterase drugs, and can easily cause toxically fatal levels of Acetylcholine. They do have medicinal uses in Myesthesia Gravis (not these particular ones) and Glaucoma (Ecothiopate and Dyflos).

The worst one of the 3 is probably Dyflos, if I remember right, it was actually poison to kill animals.
