Focus on your strengths--we all have something we are really good at. As for the name-calling, I find those kids call others names because they are insecure about themselves and are trying to feel better about themselves (at your expense!). Talk to your p.e. teacher to let him/her know how you feel. Your guidance counselor is another person who can be helpful. If there is one particular person who is calling you names all of the time, maybe your guidance counselor or a trusted teacher can talk to that person. Some schools have mediation programs. If there is a group of students who are treating you horribly, that is a form of bullying, and absolutely must be addressed with the principal or the dean of students. If the adults at school ignore your problem, it's time to get your parents involved. Good luck.

For the first things, not one has the right to call you any kind of names, or make you feel bad. A lot of people can't follow steps in Physical Education Class. Kids can be mean, and later on they will us the excuss that they were just kids, maybe, but it is still wrong ,and usually they do know that they are doing wrong to someone. I know it hurts, i was an out cast from the day i started school, til i transfered to another school. I did not know the reason, and i think a lot of them did not know why they did it, they were in a click and that was the thing to do. It can really damage a person, i know, it really took a toll on me. You need to have your parents try to talk to the school , if that does not help, then maybe change schools. And work on your self esteem, if you can not do that alone, get some professional help, they can show you a whole new way of looking at your self , and the way that others are treating you. You will have good self esteem and not feel insecure and nervous towards all people any more. You will find that you will stand up for your rights, as well as others that are going through what you are going through now. I hope this has help. God Bless and take care of yourself , and believe in yourself.

People are good at different things. You are probably really good at things that the people who call you dumb are no good at!

At school, they get everyone to do all these activities, even if we're not much good at them. Just think to yourself it's not forever, you have your talents in other areas.

Also, sometimes it can feel like we're the only ones who are struggling with something, but often other people are struggling too.
