Anti-allergic treatment cures but the allergy remains and pops up soon after. Some remedy lies in Yoga - The "pranayams" (inhaling and exhaling with specific way - 5 in all). The cure is permanent. If you can find some Yoga Coach or you can explore the internet (www.divvyayog.com). Personal experience says it is fruitful.

I'm a great fan of a product called Flonase, a prescription spray that has made my life a LOT simpler (I have some severe allergies). If you want a non-prescription solution, try Claratin.

what sort of allergies??
i am allergic to dogs and whenever my dog and i come to blows and i react i find that washing my face with warm water, gargling warm water and also (lightly) snorting (lovely i know - but i don't mean right up there!) water up my nose helps..
i don't know why.. but it does.. could just be cleansing the passages?!?

You can wash all the bedding, like tweeker said. Another thing you can do is get an air purifier. It really helps me.

Try to cover that part with HONEY for one week, but it has to be the genuine honey, not the cheap commercial type of it, and tell me how you will feel later on...
