No food makes you lose weight, you can overdo it eating anything just about. The only things that won't make you gain any are green vegetables and carrots.

Green leafy veggies, carrots, dill pickles are some foods that have little to no calories in them. Drinking at least a gallon of water a day will give you the fluids u need with no calories. Also try drinking water with lemon juice in it, as it tends to curb appetites. But it is not just the food alone that makes you lose weight. It is the reduction of calories and performing more calorie burning exercise above the caloric intake each day. For example if you are taking in about 1800 calories a day, you need to burn off 2300 calories that day and everyday that week to burn off a pound of fat. That might not sound like alot but keep in mind that a pound of fat is almost the size of a cabbage head. Hoped this helped and good luck!!!

I don't know of any "food" that makes one lose weight but I do know of "food supplements" that do so. They are called Hoodia Gordonii. There are some types that are being sold very cheap and they only leave U worse than U used them. That means they are giving U the same value for your money. Always buy FDA approved Hoodia Supplements if U reside in the US. The honest merchants will give U a money back guarantee on their products.

Well there aren't really foods that make you lose weight but there are some foods that are called negative calorie foods. These are foods that take more energy to digest than they give.
Celery, green beans, spinach, garlic, chili peppers to name but a few. Also cold cold water - as room temperature is actually the temperature we *should* be drinking fluids at.
