All the drama, makeup, hair, clothes, chores left undone, shoes all over, dents in your car, late night phone calls, keeping up with the dating thing, odd lingo lanugage and the utter defiance they have brought to our lives... I know I absolutely could not live without all this chaos, lol. Really, teenagers are great, don't you think?

LOL spoken like a true parent to a teen! I don't have girls and with the makeup and hair I certainly hope you do. I really love it. I don't have to stand on chairs to reach stuff in the top of my cabinets anymore, just hollar for one of the boys. I don't have to strain to get lids off jars, change a lightbulb or throw away appliances that stopped working. The boys take care of that stuff.. as long as I remind them to unplug the appliance first!
Having my 16 year old ask my advice on girls amazes me. Seeing the almost finished product of sll those years of hard work and unconditional love has made it all worthwhile.. well that and in about 10 years they'll give me a grandchild!

Ohhh teenage boys aren't so bad!! I have a 14 year old son so I don't have to worry about the drama and makeup, Son never does his hair and couldn't give a fat rats clacker about what clothes he wears. He's too young to drive at the moment so he skoots around on his bike. He does his chores or I take the mobile phone off him. He works part time and is really good! He has great friends who are always around. Yes my house is noisy with all the teenage boy noises and stinky teenage boy feet (you can imagine, can't you?). but I wouldn't change it for the world.
Now my daughter will be a teenager in a couple of years, and honestly, I AM DREADING IT!

Teenagers need to stop being lazy and clean themselves up. There is no reason for them to be like this. Its all about self destruction and not having parents to control them. Which means the teen's parents also had bad parents. Break the cycle!

I think I loved teenagers when I was one....now they just seem annoying. My brother is 16 and is doing really stupid things. I wish my kids weren't going to be teenagers in 10 years.

HEY !!! I'm a teenager and I don't think you should judge teenagers just because of some teens who are lazy. I like the question because everyone was a teen once so you should understand because you have been through this phase.

ok I'll admit I put way to much makeup on but thats ok lol and the clothes I won't wear anything out of style but thats about it No to the rest I'm very responsible
