Crazy is not a clinical term. "Crazy" is a meaningless value judgement, therefore there would be no signs someone would be "crazy." That's like asking if there are "signs" something is beautiful, or boring.
There is a group of mental disorders called scizophrenic disorders, which involve delusions and hallucinations. The symptoms would be known to the person having the problem, not any other person. If this man is seeing things, hearing voices, or thinking things are happening that are not happening, he should see a professional.

Well, if I find Thorasine and Haldol in his medicine cabinet, that could be the first indication... Along with him always arguing with the voices in his head, and the mentions of "men in white suits". The last drop would be him humming "They're coming to take me away" - I'd be so outta there!

He draws on you when your alseep.
He holds your nose when your alseep.
He doesnt go crazy when you put make up on him
He hides in the dark when you come out of the toilet.
He strokes the butter in the tub.

he takes pictures of his doodoo and shares them with friends as a hobby
he saves his earwax so he can polish his furniture with it saying its better for the inviorment
he goes out and talks to trees who have been damaged in storms and wants you to come with him for moral seport
he buys two tickest so he has an empty chair next to him everywhere he goes cause he needs his space
when he talks to himself and even answers himself (talking to yourself we all do at times, but it's scarry when you start to answer yourself to them things you ask or say)
when you ask him something and he says, let me discuss this with my other personalities and i will get back to you on that
or when you ask him something and he says, my voices in my head advice me not to

if he stalks you(needs to know where you were what time who you were with where your going why your going there and needs to know every little detail)
