You are saying that you have a cold everyday of the year. I just saw your 365/365 of year I am having a cold.......
If this is true, you need a doctor. Everyone will say vitamin C, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, etc. But your symptoms seem very abnormal. Ice cream does not cause colds, germs do. This is why we need to wash our hands on a regular basis. I carry purell with me all the time.
I also was thinking since you said you had a cold all year long, you may have allergies. Allergies have cold-like symptoms. I grew out of my outdoor allergies (finally) and I had a the symptoms of a cold until I was diagnosed.
So you may want to see your doctor to see if your "cold" is a cold, or to determine if you have allergies, or it may be something else.
Go see your doctor...good luck

Cold like low temperature or cold like the coughing sneezing and such?
If you constantly ARE cold then maybe you have poor circulation, a vein or artery problem. That would be very serious.
If you constantly sneeze and cough and have stuffed nose, then you are probably allergic to something you are around constantly.
Something in your house, or right outside, that you contact daily.
Do you have a pet, like a dog or cat or other animal with hair?
What kinds of laundry soap do you use to wash your clothes?
Similarly, what kinds of soap, shampoo, conditioner and antiperspirant do you use, or perfumes?
Think about all of these questions because you will have to ask a doctor about it, and he will want to know all of these things.

Always drink warm water. Never drink from fridge.
Instead of sugar use GUD for tea or coffe.Use tulsi leaves. In Tamilnadu there is one powder name THOODHUVALAI powder availabel at contry medicine shop or Sarvodaya shop. take one spoon of powder and mix with one spoon honey. Take this twice a day for continuosly. Take Chayawanprass(DABUR or Kottakkal Arya Vaidyasala). There are ready mix of ginger and honey mix available in market or you can make in home,

Garlic - one clove every morning.
Garlic, chili peppers, ginger, lemongrass, green tea, fruit, vegeatables - these are all antitoxidant foods which are great for you. If you eat these you will be running far more efficiently.
Also if you smoke this will increase your chances of getting colds/coughs etc so give up!

colds are caused by germs, not by being cold. wash your hands, don't share food or drinks, and try some Airborne. eat your fruits and veggies too!

I swear by Vitamin C - but washing your hands and keeping them away from your eyes, nose and mouth would probably help.
If you have kids in school - forget about it...little disease centers
