to sum it up I have dated this girl for about a year and we eventually broke it off because i would get scared and push her away when she got too close (i had a problem with my last breakup with my ex-GF)
we still talk and we are really good friends
she tells me she loves me
i finally got over my relationship problem and i eventually told her i loved her
we are still good friends and we are in love with one another but she recently started to date someone else
she is afraid to be with me right now because she always invisioned me being the "one" for her and she is afraid that she will mess up before we get old haha( we are both in our early to mid 20's) but at the same time she wont leave the guy she is with because she doesnt want to hurt him either
i want to be with her now and i told her straight up
we can talk about anything but i need some ideas of wut to do
i love her with all my heart
and i know she still loves me
what should i do to get her back???

Girls can really be sensitive when it comes to this kind of thing .How do I know? because I am a girl too .First of all I think that you should proove to her someway or another that you love her with all your heart .And if that does'nt work ,try making her jealous ,you know like ignore her calls for a week and if she asks why ,just say that she had been right all along about their relationship and that you've just started dating another girl who likes you back and may be that it could amount to a little some,
some .Just keep talking about this girl non stop whenever the two of you meet or talk on the phone .It's bound to put some pressure on Ms.X .And if this does'nt work just look her straight in the eye and tell her how you feel about her .Oh and always remember that if you really like someone and your willing to do anything for them ,you're sure to win their heart .I need you to trust me on this one ,okay? Wow! It really seems like ya'll both truly love each other. Why is she with this other guy? Has she ever mentioned breaking up with him? Just talk to her about it, and explain to her that you are over your relationship issues and that you are ready to be with her, forever. But tell her that ya'll can't be together when she is with this other guy, and you are not the type to date someone when they have another boyfriend. Tell her that you love her so much, and that you too know that she is the "one," for you, and that you are scared too about messing things up between you two, but you are willing to take the risk if it means being together. Ya'll will definently have problems, but your love is so pure and strong that ya'll will make it through this. But first thing is first she needs to break up with that guy. ;) Ya'll seem perfect for each other, so don't let the fear hold you back. Best advice is to just talk to her about it, because there aint much you can do until she is rid of her boyfriend. Don't worry, im sure ya'll are meant to be.

I think that you should give yourself a limit, like say you will give her two months or so and then see how you both feel. If you still feel the same, but she wouldn't dump the other guy, then she doesn't love you... If you don't feel the same, you can move on and if you feel the same and she dumped the other guy you can be together. But don't wait forever, you might miss the best thing...

Good God, get on with it. The drama is overplayed. Man up and communicate what you want---if she is going to hang with another guy at this time, find another woman and concentrate on building another relationship. Wishy washy attitudes slay me---get with it, there are no promises in life...you tried, got hurt---too bad --- it happens all the time..If she is going to return, it will be a miracle---get going with your life--wish her well and be friendly---it's just one of those ships that pass in the night. I'm sure you are a nice person---just didn't work out. Stop talking about it and move on. keep it friendly and say hello---but no more talk about you two getting back---find another and BE HAPPY

she has to break up with the other guy. if she's not into him...why does she stay with him? he's going to get hurt now or later. :(
