The identifier for Spanaway Airport is S44. I've landed there a few times. It's a friendly little airport, but there's not much going on there.

If you're planning to fly there, watch out for McChord Air Force Base. Their Class D airspace is right next to, and above, S44. Unless you're talking to McChord, you should approach from the east or south below 1000 ft AGL.
