the Christians claim that God is most powerful so he can do that !!
the word Powerful is one of the attributes of God in Islam, like the most merciful. but man also is merciful but sometimes he can change, or his mercy is depending on his mood, or his feelings. but the mercy of God can't be compared. even if they dibelieve in him or worship others than him or insult his prophets, his books.... God still give them the chance to repent, still giving them sustenance still can forgive them < the forgiver> and still can guide them and so on. But man or anything else can't be in the same level as God, less or they can't even have the attribute for them like < the giver of death>, the the , ..
Christians use the word poweful like they are talking about superman or Hulk or batman , also a poweful bomb, powerful story...
if it is so, Satan also can appear in the image of man and also Angels can do so. then they are also powerful.

This is guidance, this is our choices. one of us is right and many are wrong. I like the Christians because they believe in paradise and hell, this is why we can understand each other, but some claim that they are Christians, but they know nothing about paradise and hell.
I think saving ourselves from the hell fire is the only thing we have to think of. but first we need to worship God only. we muslims worship God only. so we can discuss this.

"Angry Moogle" If like you said this is what you think about the power of God, so why he has to come to save us? the Quran says that if God wanted to guide all people he would do so, but He already gave us a will to chose betwenn him and creation, between paradise and hellfire.
then why he created us if he has to send his only begotten son, to save the world. didn't God know the future?
I am not offensing nobody, we are just looking for the truth first. then we can convince each others about our believes and think about it. then we can decide which religion is most convincing. this is why I said muslims worship God. but Christians worship Jesus son of God.
I think the Jews also worship God < the creator > is this convincing?

Because I know that you believe in God , I said that the believe in hell and paradise in the second think that we can look for if we want to know which one of us is wrong.
I believe in God and worship God.
You believe in God and worship Jesus, the prove many Christians say < we love God AND Jesus > don't tell me that you believe God is one.

In my Questions and answers , I ask people to worship God first, before telling them about hell and paradise.
the prophet said < nobody will enter paradise if he has the believe in God the creator , the first and only deity that has the right to be worshiped >
I don't think that in the begining was the word >>>>First God has no begining.
>>>>>>>> Second he is the First. this is an attribute of God, they can't be 2.
God is eternel and never dies and will not humilliate himself and become man. Just think about yourself in the bathroom... , I will not finish, believe what you want. Be witness that I conveyed the message. God is most Powerful and has many attributes that Christians diminish. I am free from what you accuse God, just because you trust the Bible, just read the words of Jesus carefully and read the Quran and you will find the truth with the help of God. Ask God for guidance.
May God guide us all.

God did not, his Son, Jesus did.
People who profess to be Christians say that God is Jesus but the bible points out that Jesus is God's son, different from the father and yes God did not came down to earth...
“Will God truly dwell with mankind upon the earth? Look! Heaven, yes, the heaven of the heavens themselves, cannot contain you.”—2Â Chronicles 6:18. How more could earth's limited space hold his magnitude and power?

Islam is right, but Christianity is not wrong. There might be some unreasonable interpretations by men centuries ago, but the core truth is one and the same.
The essence of religion is SELFLESS LOVE; it is nothing else.
Criticism against each other will only results in displeasing the One True God, the Inaccessible.
Let us all learn throuhgoutly the lesson of love and devotely apply it.

Insyallah, they will follow the anti-christ because the Anti-christ will claim himself to be god on earth. They will have the difficulty to differentiate between Jesus whom they believe is God and the anti-Christ whom also claim himself to be God.
Even their gospels says so that the anti-christ will cliam himself to be god. We muslims on the other hand will never believe a "human figure" who performs great miracles on earth is God.
It will not suprise me if the anti-christ claim himslef to be Jesus Christ and God and perform many miracles.
We believe the Messiah came in the flesh, but we know the danger of the idea that God came in the flesh as man, Now take Look what Muhammad have propheised about the anti-christ :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hNsAY8l9aZQ
There is no God except god the most high.....
Jesus is the Messiah of Israel,Jesus is lord (sayyid)
but the King of Kings and Lord of Lords is God of the most high which is Allah S.W.T HaRachman Harachim

thequran is full of lies contradictions and plagarisms. There is nothing holy about it, nor its supposed author, a man who sexually assaulted numerous women and girls, murdered his way to power, and tortured anyonewho disagreed with him.
EDIT. And by the way. the Roman emperors declared Jesus the son of god, and they should know, they were alive when he was, and they actually had educations. Something lacking in Islam to this day.

God says in Exodus, "I am who I am."
You say that christian use the word 'powerful' like they are talking about superman or the hulk. I think that shows a very big misunderstanding of the christian concept of the power of God.
The easiest way to talk about the christian's concept of God's power is to use God's description of himself from Exodus.
This statement pretty much wraps up the essence of God.
"I am who I am." Not, 'I am who you feel that I am' or 'I am what I will be' or 'I am what I am becoming' but, "I am who I am."
He's saying that He is absolute reality. He's absolutely there, he's absolutely powerful and understanding, and righteous, and merciful and gracious.
He's saying, "I have been here from the begining, and I will be here til the end." - Now THAT is power. It's a statement of just how big and mighty, and powerful he is.
I have no doubt that muslims think of their god as absolutely powerful.
But you should also have no doubt that Christians view our God as absolutely powerful.
We have no misconception about God coming in the flesh. That is one of the basics of our beliefs. We believe our God to be powerful enough to submit himself to a mortal life, strong enough to resist all temptation, be crucified, and defeat death for us. We believe our God powerful enough to put the entire universe into being with the flick of his little finger.
I believe my God to be so powerful, that I will never be able to understand how truly powerful He is.
You added at the end of your post a comment on being biased, yet you critisized christians as not believing in the power of God. How obtuse.
ADDITION:
"This is guidance, this is our choices. one of us is right and many are wrong. I like the Christians because they believe in paradise and hell, this is why we can understand each other, but some claim that they are Christians, but they know nothing about paradise and hell.
I think saving ourselves from the hell fire is the only thing we have to think of. but first we need to worship God only. we muslims worship God only. so we can discuss this."
That didn't really stick to your original point, but I'll go with this.
You said that saving ourselves from the hell fire is the only thing we have to think of.
I disagree with that. I think the most important thing we can do is to glorify God. If we are working constantly to glorify God, then we don't have to fear hell, because we are honoring God.
The question then becomes, how do we best glorify God?
ADDITION:
"From Witchita: "Angry Moogle" If like you said this is what you think about the power of God, so why he has to come to save us? the Quran says that if God wanted to guide all people he would do so, but He already gave us a will to chose betwenn him and creation, between paradise and hellfire."
God came to save us because He cares deeply about us.
You are right in that he could have just left us, but He knew that we were not strong enough to be able to follow Him without help. He sent prophets (Old Testament prophets), to try and help us, but we kept falling away.
The only way that we could be strong enough to walk His path, is if He first walked it for us.
Think of it like this, if you're trying to get through a jungle with a knife, it's nearly impossible to make it through on your own. But, if someone with a sword goes through first, then you can make it.
We were in that situation. God said, "Come to me." but there was a wall of sin between us. We couldn't make it on our own, so God came in the form of Jesus, and broke down that wall himself. Now, because of Christ, we can make it through that wall.
FROM WITCHITA:
"then why he created us if he has to send his only begotten son, to save the world. didn't God know the future?"
Of course He did. God was willing to send his Son to save us, so that we could glorify God.
FROM WITCHITA:
"this is why I said muslims worship God. but Christians worship Jesus son of God."
That is just the different understanding of God that each of us has.
I believe that there is one God, just as you do.
But I believe that the one God has three different aspects. Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
John 1:1 "In the begining was the word (Christ), and the word was with God, and the word was God.
Meaning that Christ was with God, and was at the same time, God.
