hi there, if you are gaining weight day by day my suggestion to you would be to take a look (or have someone take a look) at your diet - you might be consuming too much and not burning enough! what you need is six healthy small meals a day of which supper is the lightest preferebly no pasta rice etc only protein and vegetables, 20-30 minutes of exercise every day aswell. if you still don't see a change then ask your Gp to do a blood glucose test on you, if you are suffering from fatigue, thirsty all day etc then you might be diabetic and your body doesn't know what to do with sugars...remember that if you follow a healthy eating plan and an exercise routine then give it at least a month before you give up - your body doesn't register anythings changed before then. so stick it out and if nothing changes and you've followed all the rules then see a doctor for a further study! good luck and listen to your body.

Do cardio to burn calories. You need to burn twice as many calories as you consume on a daily basis to lose weight. Incorporate diet and exercise and cut down on a lot of sugar.

go to gym and do the treadmill 45 min. every day of the week, and walk a lot, drink water and stop eating red meat and junk food.

Eat less. Simple really, if you eat more calories than your body burns, you will gain weight.
