Hum, lets think about this? His early career was as an assassin. Later, he became dictator. During his riegn he woudl torture people by putting them in a room with drops of acid dripping from the cieling, put people in a wood chipper, watch videos of his enemies being tortured "just for fun". A, does this sound like a good person? Maybe if your name is Lucifer he is, but for most I woudl bet the answer is "NO!!!!!"
