As far as growth in terms of mass is concerned it stops around 25 years of age. But the processing of neuronal network goes on and this has to do with learning, and memory. This process continues up to 50 years or so. Then number of neurons suffers a decline. How rapid is the decline is a matter of individual genetic and epigenetic design and the life style, disease etc.
