The entire world needs to hear this gospel, yet it seems that many people that I talk to have not heard of Trent Reznor or his works. Some have even said such blasphemies as: "I think metallica was better."

Needless to say, I'm quite dismayed by this. If I start the church of Nine Inch Nails, would I get sued?

I LOVE Trent Reznor! He has to be the most beautiful and brilliant man in music.

Where do I sign?

Possibly. If you distribute the copyrighted works of Trent Reznor without his permission, then you could be sued for copyright infringement. If an average consumer would reasonably believe that your church is authorized by or associated with the commercial entity of Nine Inch Nails (as such is used in commerce), then you could be sued for trademark infringement.

Otherwise, go right ahead.

I like NIN.
Can i join your church?

Now, why not just start it off as a "intense fan club" sorry in quotes coz that's lamea$$ terminology, then work it into a cult, in a few years/decades/centuries maybe it'll be a church.

I'd join. I'd be a follower.

I don't really see how you could get sued, by the way.
