I would say the El Nino, if you go on the La Nina, you'd be all wet and miss out on the scenery. It would be dangerous as it is all slippery and it would be bad for all for days if there aren't any proper bathrooms. Although it'd be a bit hot in El Nino, all you have to do is carry a bit more of water.

We don't have El nino/nina where I live, but the mountains I always climb is the PRAYER MOUNTAIN - soooooooo wonderful

You can do it during either part of the cycle. All you have to do is keep track of what part of the cycle you're in during the year.

Monsoon season in Asia begins around July, and the storm systems move around the North Pacific clockwise. Many of the storms are spent by the time they reach us, and they slow down by spring time.

Whenvever Asia has a mild monsoon season, it often means that the storm systems have passed by the islands without blowing inland, and that usually means that we have worse winters as the systems cycle around to our side.
