I am wondering, i have started using my bread maker again, and i am just wondering if someone can tell me , is yeast bad for you ? and where does it come from ?

Yeast is a microbe... and good for you, because it will die when you bake the bread.. but is still high in protein..

Yeast is only bad for you if you are a woman. But even woman aren't affected by eating it. It floats through the air. We breath it in all the time. It is a micro-organism that is all around us.
It will not harm you by eating it and it is said to have some healthy effects too!

It's a micro plant like organisum. Not bad for you. Even has vitamins in it.
