Who has the Irish text of "May the road rise to meet you" and can you help me to pronounce it correctly?

Here is the text of the blessing in Irish with the pronunciation in brackets followed by the English translation:

Go n-éirí an bóthar leat.
(Guh nigh-ree on bow-har lat)
May the road rise to meet you.

Go raibh an chóir ghaoithe i gcónaí leat.
(Guh rev on core gwee-ha i go-ney lat)
May the wind be always at your back.

Go dtaitní an ghrian go bog bláth ar do chlár éadain,
(Guh dat-nee on green guh bug blaw air duh clawr aye-dan,)
May the sun shine warm upon your face,

go gcuire an bháisteach go bog mín ar do ghoirt.
(guh guir-ah on vaws-toc guh bug min air duh gurt)
the rain fall soft upon your fields.

Agus go gcasfar le chéile sinn arís, go gcoinní Dia i mbosa a láimhe thú.

Go lonraí an ghrian go te ar d'aghaidh
Go dtite an bháisteach go mín ar do pháirceanna
Agus go mbuailimid le chéile arís,
Go gcoinní Dia i mbos A láimhe thú.

May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
