(note - i will ask her out when i see her - i cant meet her atm thats the problem)
I really like this girl at work, and i know she likes me back. We have always had this b/f g/f joke thing going, and a lot of the other staff comment on us being good couple in front of us all the time.
Im a fool who wants everything to be perfect and always waited or put off asking her out, waiting for the perfect time to ask (now i cant wait anymore).
Im casual and my work has decreased, which means i might only get to see her like twice a month.
I cant wait that long its been 6 days since i last saw her, and its killing me inside. and there is a big chance i might not see her for 2 weeks. What can i do to get ahold of her.
i had 2 ideas - get her number from a mutual fan (i dont want to, id rather go face to face)
or beg my boss to put me on a day she is on (but id feel a bit awkward - like a stalker - asking for that)

The biggest problem in this world is that people are just not honest with each other and they live life pretending to be something that they are not. so if she doesnt have a boyfriend get her number give her a call and let her know you like her company and would like to catch up with her, once you are face to face tell her how much you think about her and want to spend time with her and then ask her if she feels the same, I bet she is thinking exactly the same way as you!! Sometimes we just have this special connection with people and it is very hard to break because it feels so right!! follow your heart!! us girls are very shy and still very traditional as far as asking a guy out on a date goes i bet she will be stoaked and you both will be very happy together!!

Do yourself a favor and next time you see ask her out for a drink after work. Your really shouldn't mess around with people you work with you might regret it big time. Whatever you do do not ask her on a date during work hours one slip of the tounge you got HR all over you for sexual harrasment. You cab ask her to go for a drink as a friend that's fine but basically be careful

You dont have to be a total creep about it, why not be around your work around the time she is done for the day and "bump" into her and ask her for it, if she says no, big deal, chicks shut down guys all the time.

i think the 3rd idea's better: just ask her out. judging from what you said, it looks like both of you will get on well. does your boss mind love at work or are there office policy that bans such relationship? if he doesn't, go ahead. but be sure that it won't affect your (or her!) work. hope this helps and all the best :)

Go with asking your boss to put you on the same day as her. It would be better to ask her face to face.
