Kinda seems like that's the way to make sure a guy knows all about the person he is sleeping with before he has the chance to get her pregnant.
If he sleeps with someone who would do that to him, he's not a good judge of character, and any woman desperate enough to do that needs mental health counseling, not punishment.

I'm under the impression that your question relates to women in unmarried relationships so that's the angle from which I shoot back.
I would make her (them) wear a sign that says whore or slut. Except I would also make the guy she had sex with wear a sign that says "I'm still a mensch."
