Cloning doesn't guarantee the "same" person. It gives you the same body, DNA, but not personality, etc.
I don't think she is protesting only because she misses her son, just the principles that lead to his death and those of many others.
Do you think all the 9/11 families would be happy if their loved ones were cloned after all that has gone on? I wonder...

No. She is acting our on her own frustration and misery that she created for herself. She didn't have much of a relationship with her son while he was alive and now she can never have it. She can't quite handle the fact that he CHOSE to join the military and from what I can tell had probably even re-enlisted at least once. He accepted the risks even when she (by her own admission) begged him to go to Canada to avoid doing his sworn duty. After you hear from his father about the life they had together and how proud he (and his step mother) are of his son, Cindy's rants all ring hollow and seem self serving. She had to vent her anger, but unfortunately she chose the wrong way. She could have honored the life of her son in many different ways, a scholarship to the high school or college he attended, having a local street or a structure/park for kids named after him, etc Something that honored the freedoms he fought for..Instead now all most people remember is the antics she has pulled. She'll never be truly happy because she squandered the time she was given and she can't get it back.

I feel sorry for Cindy Sheehan, and her loss has resulted in her losing her mind, which is sad; I don't usually agree with her tactics, but I think it's still mean to make fun of her son's death, or her predicament.
He made the ultimate sacrifice, and I honestly feel that she cannot physically stop her "crusade". She comes across as foolish, but I think there's something seriously wrong. Poor woman.

NO, what is bothering her is the fact that because of her wacko brain, her husband divorced her and took the son with him. She was a terrible and abusive mother, her son hated her. Besides the demoncrats have just been using her before elections, now they have stopped paying the tab. Hillary pretended to be against the war, but demoncrats were in Iraq, told Iraq they would stay and help, then told Americans, they wanted to pull out. Now old Sheehan is pissed off. Typical democrats. Users and liar's.

she is an abomination to Motherhood . If my child would have died for his/her country , I would be honoring him as the hero he is , not the son of a flag burner who's life was wasted on the free land she lives in . My daughter was in the gulf , she came back alive ,, thank God , but , she also got chemical rashes and such ,, does she complain NO , because it's what she wanted to do . No one forced her son to enlist , unless she said it was a good idea ,,, easy money ,,, no war ,,,,Cindi wouldn't be happy with anything the government offered her. I spit on her shoes .....

She HAS lost her mind, and she's obviously getting off on her newfound celebrity status, but the offhand callousness of your question has me shaking with rage. Don't have kids, do you?

I think she would be happier if her son were still alive and had not died in vain.

No, she just wants to talk to Bush again, get "further condolences" or something in that area.
